Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates the tool. Carter County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use an available contact form, we retain the message and reply details long enough to respond and manage the exchange. We do not disclose those messages outside the organization unless the law requires it.
Technical Information Collected Automatically
